Deuce graduated from Louisiana State University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Administration. He grew up working in his family’s restaurant and moved into the construction industry after college. Deuce joined the Pickett organization in 2002 after 4 years in sales with a local Caterpillar Equipment dealer. He has served the company in every facet of operations and management including fleet manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer prior to purchasing the organization in 2021.

As President of the organization, Deuce has developed and implemented strategic objectives that have led to unprecedented growth and employee retention. He embodies the principles of biblical leadership and ensures employees of all levels have the resources necessary to deliver best in class project performance, customer satisfaction, and a positive organizational culture.

Deuce lives in Benton, LA with his wife Heather and their 3 children. Outside of work he enjoys, traveling, hunting and fishing, playing golf, and serving in various ministries at Cypress Baptist Church.

Eric Lafitte graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology. Eric has over 25 years of experience in multiple facets of the heavy civil construction industry. Prior to joining Pickett, Eric spent 20+ years in a senior management role for one of the largest highway civil contractors in the nation where he managed multiple large infrastructure projects. His experience includes roads (concrete & asphalt), mass excavation and bridge construction. He has led projects from start to finish, such as I-49 construction from Shreveport, LA to the Arkansas state line.

Eric has faithfully served Pickett through bidding, managing, and supporting our operations in the mining, pulp and paper, and waste industries for the last 7 years. He actively oversees a team of estimators and project managers while staying involved in all aspects of ongoing civil projects.

Eric was promoted to Vice President of our Civil Division, where he works closely to our clients ensuring their satisfaction. Eric embodies the principles and spirit of our organization and has contributed substantially to the success of our company during his time here. His leadership has ensured that Pickett maintains a strong backlog of projects from new and existing customers.

Eric lives in Benton, LA with his wife Britni and their two daughters. Outside of work, Eric enjoys hunting, fishing, and is deeply involved with LifeWater Church in Bossier City.

Reed Thomas has 30+ years experience in the pulp & paper, and civil construction industries. He began his career in this industry as an operator and field surveyor, steadily advancing through the ranks from superintendent, site manager, to area manager. His progression from the field to senior management places him in a unique position to understand customer needs and project implementation that are second to none in our industry.

He currently serves as Vice President of Pickett’s industrial service division, which encompasses all areas of landfill management, dredging, mill services, and waste handling contracts. Reed actively oversees a team of site mangers and safety personnel that manage long term industrial contracts throughout the southeastern United States, that focuses on safety while ensuring quality workmanship. Reeds passion for meeting our customers goals is clearly communicated to onsite Pickett teams, creating a safe and seamless operational environment.

Reed has faithfully served Pickett for the past 21 years, embodying the principles and spirit of our organization and has contributed substantially to the success of our company. His leadership ensures the onsite Pickett teams have a shared vision with our customers safety and operational goals.

Reed lives in Haughton, LA with his wife, Beth and their two sons. He enjoys watching/coaching his boys play baseball, hunting, and traveling with family.

Tina Waldron has 25+ years experience in marketing and communications in the pulp & paper, manufacturing, mining, civil and industrial service industries. She serves as a vital asset ensuring that customer information flows seamlessly between new/ongoing projects and the Pickett leadership team. Her communication efforts provide a consistent contact when others are traveling or unavailable.

Tina is involved in website design, marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management. She organizes our conferences, lunch & learns, and continuing education events.

Tina lives in Haughton, LA with her husband Jack. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and serving at First Baptist Church.

Brian Bundy is an accomplished financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience across corporate tax, finance, accounting, and technology leadership. As CFO of Pickett Industries, he oversees financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, while guiding the company’s fiscal health and performance.

Brian’s background includes significant experience in the oil and gas services sector, where he served as Controller and CFO. In these roles, he directed accounting and financial operations, led cross-functional teams, and implemented strategic initiatives that delivered substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Earlier in his career, Brian held management and leadership positions in public accounting with KPMG and RBM LLP (now EisnerAmper) in Shreveport, LA, specializing in federal tax compliance and provision work for clients across the telecommunications, energy, and transportation industries, including a Fortune 500 company. He has also contributed his expertise to the community through service on a church’s finance and personnel committees, and the board of a not-for-profit organization.

Brian holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and began his career with an internship at Ernst & Young (EY) in Toronto, ON.

He and his wife, Apryl, have been married for over 20 years and have two children. Outside the office, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—particularly hunting, fishing, and enjoying nature together.

Dustin Stroud serves as the Personnel Director, bringing over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health. Dustin joined the organization in 2010 as the Safety Manager and served in that capacity for 8 years. He has since moved into HR and compliance. In his current role he develops HR policies, oversees recruitment and staffing strategies, manages various insurance matters, and handles employee relations. His deep understanding of workforce management and commitment to employee well-being play a key role in fostering a strong, productive, and safety-focused workplace culture. Dustin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LSU Shreveport.

Dustin and his wife Rachael have 2 grown daughters, Madison and Kaleigh. In his spare time Dustin enjoys waterfowl hunting, running, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Noel Morris started his career with Pickett Industries as a laborer and equipment operator. In 2004 Noel moved into the Human Resource and Safety Department, 2010 Noel moved into the Equipment center as the Equipment Manager and since 2018 is back in the Safety Department as the Safety Manager. With over 20 years of experience Noel has been a leader in improving the safety and health for all the employees at Pickett Industries. Noel graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University.

Noel and his wife Ginger have 3 kids, Addison, Layla, and Will. Noel enjoys hunting, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
